I used a very wide range of email services & find some of the best of all these. Email services are backbone of our works that we do in our daily life, i.e. emails are used in daily purpose for sending receiving data & for communication. It is the best way of communication with a very fast speed. I tried 100s of account for email needs but I find some of it very useful & helpful. I am listing in descending order with their features:-
Gmail.com
I found Gmail as the best mail as it provides a very wide range features with simplicity. I put it on a top because it is fastest email service I ever found, I can demonstrate it also; open your Gmail account & open another mail in which mail has to be sent (if using Gmail, open in another browser or click on your profile icon & open add account, it opens another account with first account opened), send a mail, I am 101% sure that mail delivered before you open other tab where you opened another mail.
Next feature is how many mail you have in Gmail, you can integrate every account of Gmail into a single account. Open your mail settings now open Accounts & import tab and find grant access to your account, click on ‘Add another account’, a window will open asking for Gmail address to which you want to grant access, type it, click on next step, a mail will be sent to that account for confirmation, go to another Gmail & click on confirmation link & after 1-2 hours you can access your Gmail account from another account.
Gmail is simplest email service I ever watched & I am sure even a beginner can also understand its interface very easily. Gmail integrates chat, video calling, Google + updates & so many features with it.
Yahoo mail is on 2nd place because it delivers email with delay which is biggest disadvantage of Yahoo mail. The usefulness of any email service is when it sends its mails with fastest speed. But I put it on second place because it also has a very good interface with a wide range of features which makes a mail perfect.
Yahoo mail added a feature to upload big files directly via yahoo mail; sending big files are always a very big bug in big email services as they don’t provide uploading attachments over 25 or 30 Mb. But Yahoo mail provides a new feature to upload files up to 100 Mb.
Like as Gmail, Yahoo mail also supports chat on Yahoo messenger but here is a difference Yahoo does not video calls via Yahoo mail, for making video calls between yahoo messenger friends, you need yahoo messenger application installed on your desktop.
Yahoo mail also shows visual advertisements which I think most irrupting disadvantage of it, but it can be overcome by its unlimited space feature, i.e., Yahoo mail can store unlimited email files and documents, so it can be used for archiving large email data.
Hotmail.com is mail powered by Microsoft leading Software making company that launched its new operating system Windows 8 recently. Hotmail also developed same as the interface of Windows 8, new looks of Hotmail is simple & self-explaining. Simplicity is best feature of this email service, but I do not much impressed by its interface, as it is only create reflection to Windows 8 interface.
Hotmail offer less feature in its email service which I find disadvantage in it. It provide only Facebook chat feature in it. It can be used with skydrive i.e., skydrive files can be attached to a mail as attachment which is a nice feature of Hotmail.
I put it on third position for its simple look & use of Micorsoft Outlook web application. As Microsoft Outlook is nice software for checking emails on your desktop.
Mail dot com is a leading email service, which provide about 125-domain name as an email domain like ‘your_email@programmer.net’. This email service is also fast as Gmail but here is difference, it charges money for forwarding mails or using POP3 & IMAP services. Even after it I it very good email service as it gives a feature to create 10 more alias email address, i.e., you can create & manage 10 more email addresses in a single account.
Another feature of Mail.com account is it prioritizes its emails by an option that gives a high speed for business mails that needs to be mail within a short time.
I found a very good feature of it that it could import your Facebook contacts to your Mail.com email account, so you can manage you can send email to your all Facebook friends in a single click.
I put it on fourth place due to its bulky application, which needs large bandwidth to load, and another reason is some time email account is inaccessible which is terrible for anyone who likes to check mails & compose mails frequently.
I used other email services like india.com, rediffmail, in.com, but I find them sending advertising links below every mail, which is most terrible thing can even I think. Sending advertisement link as footer below your personal email is not good. Therefore, I do not review this websites.
